adequate stay
pod coffee machine comfortable bedding spacious room steep ramp inconvenient sockets device charging
the urban king room was spacious. a pod coffee machine was in the room. bedding was comfortable. the bathroom included high ceilings and a rainwater shower head.
i found a steep ramp in the parking garage. it was hard to see oncoming vehicles at the top. the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed. i could not charge devices near the bed as i wanted.

Really good Stay
convenient location helpful staff linen service
I really enjoyed the location. The hotel is one street back from the esplanade. Access to restaurants, a supermarket, and the marina is very easy. I also found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They changed bedding and towels on day 3 (housekeeping was available for requests before then).
The early check-in policy was not ideal. I arrived early, and the room was ready, but access required an extra fee. I think the hotel should reconsider this policy for off-peak seasons to improve guest satisfaction.

The apartment included a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine. A dryer and dishwasher were available (I found this very useful).

The hotel is located conveniently near several points of interest. Restaurants and the marina are easily accessible (perfect for reef cruises).

The reception staff were friendly upon arrival and offered helpful assistance. They gave me the option to view a room on level 3 before settling into my assigned room.

damp smell poor air conditioning
the location was acceptable and close to restaurant options and the waterfront was less than 10 minutes away.
the room i stayed in had a damp smell and i believe this was because the hotel is near the rain forest. i was offered another room, but the room next door was no different and smelled worse. air conditioning was needed to eliminate the smell, but it never completely disappeared.
